Charlotte Benson
Charlotte has practiced Astrology, full-time, as a credentialed (PMAFA, NCGR, ISAR, ACVA Jyotisha Ratna, and ACVA Jyotisha Prabhakara) professional since 1972, in Phoenix, AZ. She has analyzed tens of thousands of charts, serving her clients with the intelligence offered through the language of the stars. Charlotte has served as president of the American College of Vedic Astrology, Inc. since 2018, and is now a professor there. Her mission is to faithfully continue the mission of the college's greatest benefactors, Dr. B.V. Raman, Chakrapani Ullal; and past presidents Dr. David Frawley, Dr, Dennis Harness, and Dr. Bill Levacy. In addition to her "Jyotisha Choodamani" title from the Raman Foundation in Bangalore, she received the "Jyotish Kovid" award from the I.C.A.S., and the "Jyotish Navaratna" award from ACVA.

Vedic Astrology (Jyotish) offers many useful principles of the 12 Houses. In addition to what you already know about the meanings of the Western Houses, Jyotish provides some really specific details. For instance – what is the House of moral courage? This metric shows an ability of manage tough transits. Which House governs the spoken word? Hint: there’s a direct relationship to one’s vocabulary and one’s wealth. Which is the House of past life credit? This metric is generally helpful. These refined concepts are extremely useful for accurate predictions. And they are painless – no translation required!
